If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can contact us at info@dearevelingerie.com.au and we usually respond very quickly.
Dear Eve Lingerie offers returns, exchanges and store credits within 30 days of purchase for full priced items. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and re-sellable items with original tags still attached.
Sale items can be exchanged or store credited within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds on Sale items. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and re-sellable items with original tags still attached.
Sale items:
- Sale items cannot be refunded unless item is deemed to be faulty.
- Dear Eve Lingerie does not accept refunds for full price items when they are on sale.
- Sale and discounted items or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are valid for a store credit.
- Hosiery – if packaging has been opened.
- Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed items.
Sending returned goods:
- Please email info@dearevelingerie.com.au regarding any returns before sending the items back to us.
- Please quote your order number when returning your items.
- Dear Eve Lingerie does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Returned goods are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service at the cost of the customer.
- When customers return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, not damaged and with all original tags attached.
