Returns & Exchanges
Exchange or return on bottoms, due to Australian hygiene regulations, are strictly not accepted.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving order. Returns after this date cannot be accepted due to Dear Eve Lingerie’s turnover of new designs.
Dear Eve Lingerie has the right to cancel and refund any sale due to a genuine error.
- Items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP cannot be returned.
- Dear Eve Lingerie does not accept refunds for full price items when they are on sale.
- Sale and discounted items or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are valid for a store credit.
- Dear Eve Lingerie does not offer refunds for changes of mind on sale and discounted items, or underwear.
- Dear Eve Lingerie does not provide price adjustments for prior purchases during sale or promotional periods.
Sending returned goods:
- Please email email@example.com regarding any returns before sending the items back to us.
- Please quote your order number when returning your items.
- Dear Eve Lingerie does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Returned goods are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service at the cost of the customer.
- When customers return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, not damaged and with all original tags attached.
