1. Returns & refunds
Q. Can I return an item?
Dear Eve Lingerie understands that shopping online is a tad risky. Will it look good on me? How will the bra fit? Is the fabric as nice as it looks online?
Dear Eve Lingerie likes to keep it simple and easy when it comes to a process for eligible returns. If a style doesn't fit, you may return the item and have it replaced it with the correct size. (This excludes all underwear bottoms).
If the style doesn’t suits you, Dear Eve Lingerie is happy to refund as it believes in making sure shoppers are wearing the style they are most comfortable in. (This excludes all underwear bottoms and sale items.)
- Garments that are returned or exchanged must be in the original condition with all swing tags attached. Garments that have been worn, or have makeup marks or smell of perfume cannot be returned. All underwear bottoms cannot be returned.
- If you purchased an item on sale, you can return it for a size exchange if available, or an online store credit note.
Q. How long do I have to return it by?
Currently Dear Eve Lingerie is distributing within Australia only so shoppers have 14 days after receipt. This includes transit time back to headquarters, so please make sure you return your item within this timeframe to receive a refund.
Q. Can I return sale items?
There is no refund on sale items, but Dear Eve Lingerie is happy to exchange sizes or issue credit notes. This includes items purchased through online specials and sale discounts. (This does not include your 10% newsletter sign up code).
Q. Can I return any underwear bottoms at all?
Due to strict Australian health regulations there is no exchange for any underwear bottoms. Dear Eve Lingerie advises to carefully check the size guide and choose carefully. Bottoms sent back to us will be returned to the customer.
Q. Who pays the return shipping cost?
At Dear Eve Lingerie return postage is at the cost of the customer. It is recommended to return your item as soon as possible after receipt. Doing this will avoid higher express post costs in order to meet the 14-day deadline.
Q. How can I swap my garment?
If your garment is eligible to return, please contact us via returns to receive your returns label.
Once your return is received and you require a replacement, Dear Eve Lingerie will email you to discuss new sizes or styles.
Shoppers can enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 with Australia Post. On all orders under $50 there is a flat rate of $7 charged for shipping.
Q. Will my order be tracked in case it goes missing?
Dear Eve Lingerie items are sent by tracked Australia post and your tracking number will be emailed to you. Use the number to track your parcel on the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Q. Are any items sent via express shipping?
For domestic orders over $150, Dear Eve Lingerie will provide a coupon code named 'over150' at the online checkout to receive free express shipping.
For orders less than $150, express shipping can be selected at the online checkout for $9 for next day delivery in express zone cities within Australia.

Please ensure your address is correct and include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors and company names where applicable. For extra accuracy include a mobile phone number so Dear Eve Lingerie can contact you quickly if there are any problems.
If an order is returned to Dear Eve Lingerie for an incorrect shipping address, the reposting fee is $20 to cover the return shipping costs charged. Thanks for understanding.
