Dear Eve Lingerie proudly uses Australia Post and Sendle.
Domestic orders
Dear Eve Lingerie is currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand and United States only.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday - 9am and 5pm. Deliveries are not made on weekends, therefore if orders are placed on weekends they will be processed in 48 hours.
Dear Eve Lingerie offers free express shipping on orders over $150 within Australia and free standard shipping to NZ and USA for orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a $10 fee for standard shipping, or $15 if express shipping is selected for deliveries within Australia. International Shipping rates for Express Parcels are $25 for deliveries to New Zealand, and $28 for deliveries to United States.
Full tracking is available on all orders.
Orders are shipped via Registered Australia Post for Express Parcels, and Sendle for standard parcels.
- Signature confirmation can be removed if not at home often. Simply let, Dear Eve Lingerie, know prior to purchase. Shoppers opting for ‘no signature on delivery’, please ensure your letterbox is safe.
Redirection of parcels:
- Dear Eve Lingerie is not responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct as Dear Eve Lingerie is not responsible for delivery to addresses that are written incorrectly.

Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
For an address outside the Express Post network, the fastest possible transport links will be used, but it may not be a next business day delivery. New Zealand & United States - 5 to 10 Business Days.
